Completing a triathlon can be one of the most rewarding experiences in sport. Training for one, however, can be one of the most challenging. It’s hard to know how much and when to focus on each of the three disciplines, especially if you’re out to crush a PR.
At Trail Transformation, we offer personalized triathlon coaching for multisport athletes of all abilities. Our balanced approach to triathlon training includes pacing strategies and individualized workouts for each discipline, along with race day and equipment advice.
With regular speed workouts, the infamous brick workout, easy days, and even rest days, the Trail Transformation coaches work with triathletes to make training sustainable, fun, and smart.

The energy of the swim. The rhythm of the bike. The adrenaline of the run. These sensations—along with the feeling of crossing the finish line—are what make triathlons so appealing. But training for three disciplines can feel like a tall order, especially if you’ve never attempted a triathlon before.
If you’re unsure of where to start, which gear to buy, or how to fuel your body, we can help. Our coaches work with you to design a balanced plan that meets you where you are and, as physical therapists, address the unique mobility and musculoskeletal demands of triathlon training. Together, we’ll push through training plateaus and toward a triumphant finish.
