Mediator Release Testing

Are you struggling with conditions such as Migraines, Chronic Headaches, Autoimmune Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Crohn’s Disease, Arthritis, GERD or Chronic Pain? Or, are you sick of feel fatigue, delayed muscle recovery and soreness, joint pains and aches, or just a general sense of "blah? If you said yes to any of these, then our MRT Food Sensitivity Program is for you. We will help you eliminate the frustration, start feeling better and notice a dramatic improvement in overall well-being and performance.

How it works:

MRT Testing begins with an initial consult with Rachel. She will then send you a Kit, help you coordinate finding a facility to get your blood drawn and begin the process.

Is MRT Right For Me?

MRT can help you take your performance to the next level, and give you an edge on your competitors. Athletes notice a substantial improvement in performance and recovery through the implementation of the MRT/LEAP anti-inflammatory diet. By reducing inflammation, your body can more efficiently use its energy stores to help you perform better, faster, stronger, and longer. In addition, while inflammation is essential in muscle recovery, too much inflammation is a big problem. It will severely delay overall health, energy, and performance. Reducing inflammation throughout the body will speed up the recovery process, greatly reduce soreness and put you at a much lower risk for injury.

But what about non-athletes?

MRT is designed to eliminate the inflammation within the body. Inflammation is one of the primary causes for symptoms like lethargy, IBS and even chronic headaches.
