Trail Transformation Wellness Coaches

A wellness coach guides you toward accomplishing your movement goals. Whether you are coming back from an injury, getting into a new fitness routine, or simply wanting to become more consistent while remaining injury free, we have a plan for you.

Phase One - Evaluation 

Each client will have a comprehensive evaluation prior to his or her program. Clients will initially be issued a Life Assessment in order to gauge how prior experience, and day to day life may influence your individual training plan. 


Phase Two - Your Coach

In phase two, a personable coach will help you evaluate where you currently are, and what needs to be done to get where you want to be.  In order to know your goals, it's important to know the person.

Phase Three - Training Plan

Wellness Coaches will then create a weekly training plan tailored to your work/life schedule and your goals. We will monitor your progress week to week, then advance as necessary. Communication will be made via phone and email to guide progress. Plans will be adjusted as necessary
